PRACTICAL INFORMATION

APPEALS AGAINST PARKING FINES

Appeals should be sent in the first instance to:
parkering@kredinor.no which is valid. Cars without a valid pass will be towed away at the owner's expense.

JANITOR SERVICES

Hinna Park AS has its own janitor who is able to assist with most enquiries at short notice.

If you wish to use the services of the janitor, please include the following as the subject line of your e-mail: “Janitor services”.

POSTAL DELIVERY

Hinna Park has an agreement with ISS regarding collection and delivery of post. Tenants may choose whether they wish to have post delivered once or twice per day, depending on their needs.
New customers who wish to be included in the scheme must set up their own P.O. Box at Forus Bedriftsenter, Postterminalen (the business centre at the postal terminal). Afterwards, an agreement can be entered into between Hinna Park AS and the tenant directly.

Safety measures for tenants and visitors

In an emergency, please phone: Fire: 110, Police 112 or Ambulance: 113
  • Please report any and all damage to the building, accidents or other damage to your employer/host, who must report these matters to  Hinna Park.
  • Please ensure that electrical devices are switched off and that timers are used on coffee machines and kettles
  • Do not use the lift in the event of an evacuation
  • When evacuating the building, follow the signage to the emergency exits
  • Visitors must be accompanied by their host during evacuation
  • The meeting point is Festplassen outside Kanalpieren (“the canal quay”).

ACCESS CONTROL CARD

Access control cards are issued to all tenants' employees upon moving in. The code that the card user enters upon first use of the card remains valid for continued use.

Access control cards can be collected Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 1 and 3 pm from Troll Bygg.
