On Tuesday, Wintershall Norge AS signed a 15-year lease with Hinna Park for a new headquarters office in Norway occupying almost 18,000 m2. Construction work starts next week!
-Wintershall is experiencing phenomenal growth and is now further investing in a new Norwegian headquarters office in Stavanger. Wintershall’s motto is ‘WE MAKE THINGS HAPPEN’, and the innovative new office building will serve to underline that. We are thrilled to have a tenant of this calibre, according to Hinna Park’s sales and marketing director, Kjetil Haver.
550 employees and consultants: Wintershall Norge AS is an energy company working in exploration, expansion and production of oil and gas. The company will initially lease just under 14,000 m2 for 550 workers at its new headquarters office, dubbed the “Gullfaks” project.
“As the business continues to grow, Wintershall may lease the entire office building covering almost 18,000 m2,” Kjetil Haver of Hinna Park comments. Gullfaks is Hinna Park’s largest stand-alone lease. Of the remaining new builds in Phase 1, Gullfaks is the building nearest the sea. The building will nevertheless be centrally located in Hinna Park, with short distances to all the facilities of the area such as the railway station and the Stadionparken shopping centre.

Start of construction: The office building is to be constructed by Kruse Smith Entreprenør and completion is scheduled for August 2016.
“We are extremely proud to be able to retain one of the largest tenants; this is a clear indication that employees and companies are happy here at Hinna Park. We look forward to continuing to work together,” Haver concludes.
